We're in IST (UTC+5:30), which gives us a 2–4 hour overlap with EU mornings and a good overlap with UAE afternoons. We're async-first by default — daily written updates, Loom walkthroughs and a shared Notion/Jira board so you always know where things stand without scheduling a meeting. For US clients we schedule one weekly sync call at a mutually convenient time.

Yes, we sign NDAs before any detailed project discussion. We're comfortable with your standard NDA or we can provide ours. Confidentiality is a baseline, not a negotiation.

You own 100% of the source code on final payment. We transfer the full repository, credentials and documentation. No lock-in, no proprietary framework that only we can touch.

We work with whatever your team already uses. Most commonly: Slack for daily communication, GitHub for code and reviews, Notion or Jira for project tracking, Loom for async demo walkthroughs, and Google Meet or Zoom for calls. If you prefer a different stack, just let us know.

Both. For clearly scoped projects we prefer fixed-price milestone contracts — typically 30% to start, 40% at mid-point, 30% on delivery. For ongoing product work or evolving requirements we offer a monthly retainer (a block of hours, unused hours roll over). We'll recommend the right model once we understand your project.

Every milestone has a defined deliverable and a review period. If something isn't right, we fix it before moving on — that's built into the contract. We don't take final payment until you're satisfied with the work. For retainer clients, you can cancel with 30 days notice and receive all work completed to that point.

Project ranges depend heavily on scope. As a guide: a focused MVP (single-platform Flutter app or a SaaS core with 3–4 modules) typically runs $3,000–$7,000. A full marketplace or travel booking platform with multiple user roles and integrations is usually $10,000–$20,000+. We always send a written estimate after a free scoping call — no surprises.

Yes. We do code audits for existing projects and can take over maintenance or continued development. We'll review the codebase, give you an honest assessment of its quality and technical debt, and quote accordingly. We don't charge for the initial audit on projects of reasonable scope.
