The solution
What we built
Three-sided platform: a customer-facing Flutter app for ordering and tracking, a rider app with live location updates and delivery confirmation, and a merchant dashboard for managing menus, orders and payouts. A Laravel backend ties everything together with a Firebase real-time layer driving live order status.
